How to play?

First, let us to study the control keys.

Use the PgDn, Del and End to look down, look up and centerview respectively.

Using <SPACE> key you can put the labels or to remove them off the minefield. Caution! The labels are putting on an adjacent square which you looking at. What does it means? For example, you want to put the label of danger (mine) on a square behind of yourselves. For this purpose it is necessary to turn on 180 degrees and to press the <SPACE> key.

The <Esc> key will bring you to a main menu or to a total quit from the program.

After the neutralize of all mines on you should hit the <L> key to notify, that a field "you-think-already-cleared".

GAME

Now you are know the control keys, let's to learn how to play.

You have begun the game, but do not see a minefield? All is correct, you are on training base, where you should pass a training course of the minesweepers. Right at the beginning you stand on a road, by which you have arrived at this base. You are standing near the sheltered hangar. Now hurry up to the training field itself, because time is passing! In the hangar you will see a field consisting of squares. As you understand, the common minefields is not divided into squares, but this is special (training) minefield.

Next all is very simple - go on the field and find a mines. It depends of game style how you'll do that task (see about styles in Game Setup topic). The only advice - look under your legs.

In the game you will have to establish a special signs by <SPACE> key. There are two types of sign:

1) If you aren't sure, and want to think some more, but are afraid to lose this square, set the yellow coloured question sign(?). This sign is not counted as a mine label.
2) If you are sure, that on a square there is a mine - put the red-coloured sign of danger (!). If this sign is correctly placed, it will counted as a correct demining action in the fiinal score.
How you could know, where you've been and where you haven't? Simply look at the feet traces.

After you have found all mines (or at least you are think so), press the <L> key .

That's all. If you have any problems - write: kurinnoy@BSS2000.com (directly to the author of program) or in the support service of Black Star Software: support@BSS2000.com
