How to play?

FAQ

1. All colors in game are perverted.
  -  Ensure that your DirectX is v6.0 or higher.
  -  Set 16bit color or higher in your monitor settings.

2. System gives an error message.
  -  Game files may be corrupted.
  -  Open downloaded exe-file ( it is ZIP compatible ) and unpack all
      files.
  -  Download installation file again.

3. I can not purchase any device in Shop.
  -  Clear the desired socket (if there is already some
      device installed) by left button click.
  -  Choose the desired item from stock.
  -  Click the right button on chosen item.
  -  Place appered item icon over the appropriate socket
     (W1 over W1, R1 over R1 etc.)
  -  Click the left button.

4. Why there is several weapon fire keys?
  -  Since on the latest ship types there is many weapons
      installed, you may want to set the certain key for each
      of them (surely, salvo fire remains). Use this option
      to describe the keys for the sockets (in order from left
      to right and from up to down).

5. There is error message "Out of memory". What I must do?
  -  Check the size of swap file - it should be no less than 32Mb.
  -  If you don't know, what is swap file, at least check the
     amount of free space on drive, where Windows installed.

6. How to change weapons in a single mission?
  -  There is no possibility to change the weapons set of your
     ship for a single mission. Only in the level editor the configuration
     of your ship can be defined.

7. I have created my own level. Can I place it on a BSS site?
  -  Yes you can.
  -  Send us a letter on web@BSS2000.com. Describe all the
      information that you want to be displayed on site. Don't forget
      to attach the file itself.

8. I can not to download the program. What I have to do?
  -  Install the program for downloading (GoZilla etc.)
  -  Download via ftp (russian).
